Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will grant you full command over your e-mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a new email account in an instant and administer its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect email messages from one mailbox account to another, finetune e-mail filters, create autoresponders and secure your email accounts against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email mailboxes against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted email messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming e-mails on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and edit the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one email box to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Just specify the email box account you want to forward messages from, then specify the target mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the mail client of your choice to access your e-mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you want to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
